Wise Claim Monitoring is an extension that provides a solution for managing due claims.

Wise Claim Monitoring manages open customer ledger entries that are older than a certain number of days (configurable), links them to a collections history, in which each collection action in the process receives a dated activity line that appears in the activity list. Finds customer ledger entries that are not related to claims and are not involved in any billing process, and lists claims that do require some action.

Summary:

  • Collection history – Set up different processes for different types of requirements, the lines represent specific operations and the order in which they are performed. Check set to include requirement in action list.
    When you create a collection history with several lines, you can enter an amount on each line, and when the action belonging to the reminder line, for example, issue a reminder, the amount is added as an expense to the claim.

  • Collection requirements – New requirements can be run since last time. Check whether claims are paid. Both debit and credit transactions will be entered so that you can settle where appropriate.
    In the beginning, it's a good idea for customers. Apply unapplied entries and find customer ledger entries that are not related to requirements in the reminders system.

  • New item in action list – You can record interactions and schedule the next action. For example, if the person says they will pay, the action list will check it.

  • Combined claims – If you are compiling any claims and putting them into legal collection, e.g.

  • Claims activity list – Here the primary work is done after the initial setup and work in Collections requirements.
    Displays by today all claims collection actions that are due to be completed by that date for your user (or unmarked).
    This is either checking payments, sending a collection letter, or calling the person. Record the result and determine the next action, which will appear in the list when the time comes.
