Payroll App for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a comprehensive, intelligent payroll management solution designed to automate and streamline payroll operations while ensuring compliance with legal regulations. It eliminates manual errors and enhances accuracy, offering a centralized platform to manage employee compensation from configuration to final payout.
Key Capabilities include automated payroll setup with configurable pay periods, salary slabs, overtime rules, and PF contributions. It features robust Tax & Compliance Management, enabling flexible tax deduction configurations aligned with local laws. The Loan Management module handles loan eligibility, approvals, and repayments with real-time tracking.
Attendance data can be imported via Excel or manually entered, integrating directly into payroll calculations. Salary processing is fully automated, covering bonuses, allowances, deductions, arrears, and loan installments. The app also includes Work Shift Management and a full Employee Loan Lifecycle system with status tracking.
