Whether you’re preparing for a meeting, making product decisions, or need a quick check on what users said, the insight is just one question away — with a direct link to the original source for deeper exploration.

You can also automatically publish Artifacts directly to connected Microsoft Teams channels, so key research updates reach your team without manual effort. And when you share a Condens link, it’s automatically enriched with an preview that provides context directly in Microsoft Teams.

AI Functionality Disclosure:

This app uses AI powered by a large language model (LLM) to answer natural-language questions by searching data published in your organization’s Condens Insights Magazine(s). It doesn’t access raw research data or process or store sensitive or personal information. Answers shown in Microsoft Teams are limited to surfacing, summarizing, or grouping insights already validated by researchers—AI never interprets or generates new content on its own. We recommend reviewing AI-generated answers for accuracy and completeness before use.

This app will never perform actions you haven’t prompted or enabled yourself, and it cannot post anything in your name. Condens does not use your data to train AI models. You can report any objectionable or inappropriate AI-generated content, as well as request access to, transfer, or delete your data at any time by contacting us at hello@condens.io

To enable this app, you’ll need an active Condens account on a supported plan, admin rights in Condens, and permissions to enable third-party apps in your Microsoft Teams environment.
