Paradox will send interview confirmations once the interviews are scheduled via Paradox’s software outside the Teams environment. If there are any issues in the interview scheduling process, you will be reminded to add additional interview availability in Paradox to progress the interview scheduling process.
Alerts for Key Decision Points
Be prompted to act where there needs to be a human-in-the-loop for key decisions along a candidate’s hiring journey in the Paradox environment.
Configurable Messaging and Actions
Receive timely messaging configured in Paradox related to a candidate’s progress through the hiring journey.
