SmartDA is a conversational AI for answering Microsoft 365 questions

Thus, we are using comprehensive data to train the chatbot and make it smarter than ever. SmartDA is our new release chatbot not only can connect with management systems, but also collects valuable feedback from employee.
SmartDA is a versatile and personalized internal assistant for enterprise users which provides lot of benefits:

Faced with challenges such as external competition and internal organizational management, especially the impact of the recent epidemic, MediaTek's digital transformation is urgent. Therefore, the purpose of this project is to improve the work efficiency of colleagues and the smooth communication of information through AI, and to use natural language training to replace the mental effort of colleagues to ask and answer common questions and answers, and to focus time on complex issues. In addition to its guarantee of information security, it also allows us to automatically and accurately push information to colleagues. The AI assistant has also greatly promoted the utilization rate of Teams, and can complete many communication and tasks on a single platform, which is an important transformation and construction of the enterprise.
Digital assistant assisted MediaTek in implementing an internal conversational AI that is built on top of the Microsoft Teams platform and company’s portal as a part of their digital transformation journey. With 24/7 services for employees, SmartDA not only provides prompt support solutions but also promoted the utilization rate of Teams.
The 24/7 demands of enterprise have combined with staff shortages to create an environment where temporary, agency, new or redeployed staff are continuously joining frontline teams. With little time for formal training on local procedures, staff who are unfamiliar with their working environment can benefit from guidance delivered by SmartDA. SmartDA is available to users in the form of a mobile app that delivers step-by-step instructions that are time and location specific. The assistant prompts users to carry out certain activity and enables them to receive support any time and any places.
