Agenda

Days 1 - 7 Assessment

• A short assessment will be done to establish which pre-developed Canvas Intelligence analytical modules will be deployed as part of the proof of concept.

Days 7 - 13 Acquisition of Data and Database Analysis

• We obtain your internal report used for management decision making.
• We also obtain a back-up copy of your on-premises ERP system.
• We transform your static reporting environment into digital storyboards that optimally represent your data.

Day 14 and 15 Review and Finalisation

• Review and finalise proof of concept
• The Power BI app containing your proof of concept will be shared with you and will be accessible for one month.
• During the one month, we encourage you to analyse and scope in more detail what you will require a full project to entail.
