  3. Is historical data synchronization available? -Yes. We can implement the integration within your Project operation and Finance Sandbox environments on your tenant to facilitate testing and setup.

What is covered in the master data synced? -The integration covers synchronization of Master Data, including: • G/L Account Setup • Country Codes • Zip Codes • Bookable Resources • Accounts • Contacts • Payment Terms • Products Note: Business data, such as Projects and Transactions, is not synced and will start fresh in the target environment.

  5. Can the solution be customized to fit our requirements? -Yes. The integration can be tailored to your specific use cases. These customizations fall under consulting services and include configuration and modifications as needed.

  6. Does this Connector support custom data entities? -By default, the connector uses standard data entities from Dynamics 365 Project Operation and Finance, without employing dual write or custom entities.

However, support for custom entities and additional configurations is available as part of consulting services to align the solution with your business needs.

Pricing:

a) Option 1: (Perpetual pricing)

• $18,000 upfront deployment cost for 1 legal entity • $4,500 per additional legal entity • 30% of the total deployment costs would be annual maintenance costs

b) Option 2: (subscription pricing)

• $3,000 upfront deployment cost per legal entity • Subscription cost: • $900/month paid annually, i.e., $10,800/year • $225/month paid annually per additional legal entity

  1. Ongoing Azure Costs will also be present and borne by the client.
  2. Azure Costs are required for hosting the Azure Functions
  3. Annual maintenance includes any break-fixes to the integration.
  4. A Power BI Pro license is required for Power BI Reporting.
