Workshop : Build your custom Copilot using Generative & Conversational AI


In the one-day workshop, clients discover how Copilot Studio enhances conversational AI solutions. They explore customization, build their own Copilots, and learn about governance features.

Microsoft Copilot Studio lets you create powerful AI-powered copilots for a range of requests—from providing simple answers to common questions to resolving issues requiring complex conversations. Engage with customers and employees in multiple languages across websites, mobile apps, Facebook, Microsoft Teams, or any channel supported by the Azure Bot Framework.


  1. Define Your Goals: o Clearly articulate what you want your Copilot to achieve. Identify the purpose, target audience, and specific scenarios where it will be used. For example, you might want to enhance customer support, automate internal processes, or provide personalized assistance.
  2. Customize Copilot Studio: o Graphical Development Environment: Copilot Studio provides a user-friendly interface for building copilots. Leverage its features, including generative AI, sophisticated dialog creation, plugin capabilities, process automation, and built-in analytics. o Custom GPTs (Generative Pre-trained Transformers): Create custom GPTs tailored to your business needs. These language models enhance interactions and responses. o Plugin Integration: Connect your copilot to external systems using prebuilt connectors (over 1,000 available) for seamless data exchange. For instance, integrate with business applications like SAP or Workday. o Dialog Design: Design tailored conversations for predictable scenarios. Handle mission-critical topics such as compliance, regulatory matters, or complex workflows.

Copilot Studio is available as both a standalone, web app, and as a discrete app within Teams. Most of the functionality between the two is the same.
