Includes the following for up to 20 licensed users:

  • Customer Account set up
  • Unlimited support questions and admin-level assistance for users of Customer Engagement App standard functionality
  • One-user adoption metrics dashboard for admins and management roles
  • Two-hour system and data review
  • One-hour business process recommendations
  • Two 1-hour live training sessions on current version of Dynamics 365 standard functionality
  • $10.00 discount on project-related service rates

Other Details:

  • For Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online Apps
  • Support via phone, email, and online meeting
  • 3 hour response time Monday through Friday
  • Does not cover implementation or integration of additional apps or workloads
  • After the trial period expires, extending the Dyn365 Assist service requires an annual agreement
