Copilot for Microsoft 365 Workshop: 2-Day Workshop

Copilot for Microsoft 365 is grounded in business data and designed to help organizations unleash creativity, unlock productivity, and level up skills.  With the Copilot for Microsoft 365 Workshop customers will work through various demos of Copilot for Microsoft 365 in action, relevant user scenarios, challenges, and pain points to identify top prioritized scenarios for their workforce.  

The Copilot for Microsoft 365 Workshop is a structured engagement which leverages Copilot for Microsoft 365 and the associated Microsoft 365 applications to help organizations get an overview of how Copilot for Microsoft 365 uses responsible AI technology to enhance and support different use case scenarios within an organization.  The scope of the Copilot for Microsoft 365 Workshop is to identify use case scenarios to solve specific business challenges, recommend a set of prioritized Copilot for Microsoft 365 scenarios that effectively meet customer requirements and build an actionable plan for a pilot of the scenarios.  The objective is to jointly create an actionable plan of the prioritized Copilot for Microsoft 365 scenarios.

1st Day:

 - Kick off / Pre-Engagement

 - Readiness Assessment and Scorecard Guidance Presentation

 - Art of the Possible

 - Build the Plan: Persona and Scenario Discussion

2nd Day:

 - Results and Next Steps Documentation and Presentation

At the end of the engagement, you will:

 - Better understand the features and the benefits of Copilot for Microsoft 365 and its integration in the Microsoft 365 Apps.

 - Have a defined deployment roadmap for use cases and scenarios that are client-specific.

 - Have a defined next steps based on their vision for Copilot for Microsoft 365.
