Citizen Developer Training: 4-hr Workshop

Citizen development is the creation of business applications and features by the employees who use them. At Reply we see this as an opportunity for business users to stretch beyond their day-to-day activities with innovative ways to improve their own business processes. Citizen development is not small groups of developers across the company creating an unmanageable amount of shadow IT applications. When done properly using Microsoft Power Platform, it’s a mutually beneficial partnership for both business users and IT.

Our half-day workshop is designed to train your Citizen Developer Community in Microsoft's Power Platform, to empower them to return to your business and start implementing their ideas.

The four hour workshop agenda covers the Microsoft Power Platform structure and includes a Power Apps and Power Automate deep dive.

At the end of the workshop your citizen developers will leave with the following outcomes: -Create a Canvas App from scratch -Connect your App with data -Understand the main offerings included within the Microsoft Power Platform -Automate emails with Office 365 Outlook Connectors -Surface Office 365 User Profile Data -Utilise Power Automate templates to get started -Understand apps and flows limitations
