A 4 week assessment identifying uses cases, processes for sales, marketing, customer service and data quality. Setting up a roadmap, a backlog of use cases and a reference architecture for establishing a customer data platform, enhancing customer loyaltiy, customer experience, sales, and automated content marketing.

Sopra Steria offers an analysis that looks at existing IT investments, recommends an architecture based on the needs of the business, and plans an implementation process for Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Remote Assist and/or Customer Voice.

Sopra Steria will offer a core team of 2-4 people who all have their own expertise in Dynamics 365, CRM, CDP, architecture, technology, data warehousing, solution design or DevOps. The following tasks are planned to be carried out in the analysis:

  1. Clarify expectations, working method and the end product of the analysis as part of the start-up / kick-off.
  2. Gain insight into the customer's IT investments, solutions and architecture through review of documentation and interviews of key personnel. Typical interviewees are CDO, CFO, CIO, sales manager, product owner and project manager, relevant middle managers, developers and end users
  3. Map use cases and prioritize which ones form the basis for the analysis (the customer selects 1-3 use cases)
  4. Conducting workshops to gain insight into:
  5. Recommendation on architecture and implementation plan for new CRM
  6. Create roadmaps and Product Backlogs for establishing CRM and CDP

The analysis will result in a report

  1. Identified and prioritized use cases
  2. Recommended solution design for Dynamics 365 and Power Apps Portals
  3. Roadmap, reference architecture, and framework for MVP implementation
  4. Product Backlog and Implementation Plan (e.g. in Azure DevOps)
  5. Establishment of risk matrix for management
  6. Decision basis for implementation of MVP and implementation / migration
  7. Final report in Powerpoint format
