Copilot Readiness Assessment

Copilot for Microsoft 365 introduces innovative ways for your employees to work, collaborate, and build business models for your organization. The goal of our assessment is to detect any technical or business blockers that would prevent or delay you from deploying Copilot for Microsoft 365.

Assessing Your State-of-Readiness

• We will conduct an in-person or virtual workshop with your business sponsor(s), business stakeholders, and IT to go through a series of scenarios to understand where you are in your AI journey.
• We will identify blockers from data that Copilot for Microsoft 365 cannot access, with recommendations for integration, as well as business apps that must be integrated.
• We will review the security posture of your Microsoft 365 environment.
• We will evaluate governance around sharing controls within your environments.
• We will identify inactive sites and sites that must be restricted.
• We will evaluate existing access governance controls and provide recommendations for governing Copilot for Microsoft 365.

All items discussed in the workshop will be provided in a detailed document and delivered at the end of the workshop.
