NTT DATA has designed a 3-Week assessment to understand the potential of Generative AI in the digital workplace and how you can get ready for a new wave of productivity with Office 365 Copilot.

This complimentary assessment is a 3-week engagement categorized into the following phases: • Access – Define Scope, identify business stakeholders, and gather information on key business scenarios. Complete and review organization readiness on the following categories • User readiness • Organization readiness • Productivity and Collaboration Platform readiness • Data Security and Governance • Art of the possible – Showcase the intelligence added to employee experience by unleashing creativity, unlocking productivity, and levelling up skills (including demos) • Build a plan – Develop a plan to implement recommendations based on prioritized scenarios. Define the next step and timeline to develop and implement the solution.

Assessment Guideline: Week1 • Pre-engagement call, identified key stakeholder, scope discussion. • Readiness Assessment and Review – Prepare and share the assessment readiness kit with the customer to check the readiness of the User, Organization, Productivity Tools, and Data Security and Governance. • Discuss and review the readiness assessment report and if there are any gaps, identify the next steps to fill those gaps.

Week2: • Office 365 Copilot overview and understand how it transforms the employee experience with artificial intelligence integrated into Office 365 • Understand each module of Office 365 Copilot and learn how it helps in unleashing creativity, unlocking productivity, and uplevel skills. • Learn how Copilot in Teams complements Copilot in Teams Premium and understand how they are better together. • Learn how Responsible AI is deeply integrated into Office 365 Copilot

Week3: • Discover persona and map them to the customer’s business challenges. • Identify and prioritize the scenario based on customer business decision and existing challenges. • Build a plan based on the assessment, to make your organization ready for Office 365 Copilot • Deliver an overall plan to pilot Office 365 Copilot, next steps, and roadmap.
