Simple and secure: transfer your pension entitlements digitally to the ZfDR

Pension provision in Germany has a diverse and complex structure. Pension providers are all facing far-reaching changes and new challenges. The digitalization of pension schemes is becoming increasingly important.

unitop Pensions is an integrated standard software solution that covers all the core processes of a pension fund. The software solution achieves a high degree of specialization and integrates all core areas from candidate and member administration to pensioner administration, so that individual isolated solutions can be eliminated. The unitop Digital Pension Information (DPI) interface complements the unitop Pensions solution and significantly optimizes communication with the ZfDR. With the unitop Digital Pension Information (DPI), you as a pension fund can easily transfer your pension entitlements to the ZfDR. The ZfDR sends a request asking for the required information and unitop communicates this information back.

Requests from the ZfDR are processed automatically: The ZfDR requests are transmitted digitally to the unitop interface, interpreted and processed automatically. For this purpose, the company's own data is read out and, if it matches successfully, transmitted back to the ZfDR.

Respond to requests with the right option: As soon as the request has been transmitted to unitop, the interface offers three options for responding to this request and communicating back. Only in exceptional cases do you intervene manually in the process. The ZfDR also receives initial feedback in these cases.
