NavBiz Overview Production Order Planning

The Overview Production Order Planning shows all Planned production orders, Released production orders, quantities on Sales orders and quantities on Production orders in a period of two weeks. Later, through the functionality, it is possible to create a Released production order for several planned work orders containing the same article.

The set of customizations that are included in this package:

• Overview Production Order Planning

- It shows all Planned production orders, Released production orders, quantities on Sales orders and quantities on Production orders in a period of two weeks (the period is selected when creating the overview).

- Each article that enters the overview has 3 basic lines:

• Released production orders – all quantities in that line are related to Released production orders

• Planned production orders - all quantities in that line are related to Planned production orders

• Realized output by day - all quantities in that line are related to Released production orders and posted output of finished products

- The columns in the Overview extend through Planned and Released production orders:

• Quantity on Sales orders - depending on the row, it shows the quantity of the item in the selected unit of measure that is in the sales orders (Production orders are created from the sales order) - click on the field leads to the list of Sales

orders

• Quantity on Production orders – depending on the line that shows the quantity of the item in the selected unit of measure that is on the Production orders,

• Completed quantity – the sum of all outputs per day in the given period for that item.

• Date – respective period from-to - by clicking on any field, you get to the list of the work orders.
