Easy and flexible CRM system.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very flexible and you can adjust the layout and features to your needs easily. The FAQ and help desk is user friendly and explain the software well. It integrates well witch office and you can download an app to use wherever you are as well. This is key as we often travel and to be able to put info to the system withour using the computer makes it a lot easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some restrictions in how you can customize the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage our leads and contacts and keeps track of activities and steps in our sales cycle. We have a long cycle of up to 5 years from start to order making it easier to manage with a crm system like Vtiger.

Map feature available sometimes wont work properly

It works very well, and responds very fast. Now, our Vtiger data is very easy to retrieve and to share within Teams, both with the Vtiger bot, Plugin Tab dashboard, and also the Vtiger source button within our « Conversations » tab. Most of our users weren’t aware such easy integration was possible before they saw the add-on! The most important outcome is saving time with the search and share feature, and the access to important information easily. It helps us communicate well and arrive at better decisions faster.

The best tool for storing data!!

What do you like best about the product?
Information storage with photo and other details under single tab.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I mentioned keeping things simple.The looking for specific things takes time the menu tab could have been made more simpler because the new user would get bored off by searching required field.

The follow up with client payment, vendor contact and employee data storage and I work in architectural office as quantity surveyor. As you know there will be more number of vendors to keep track on everyone I use this tool as platform and categories the vendors and whenever I require to access to particular vendor I just type the feild I am looking for and I get results in fraction of seconds.earlier in excel it use to take hour to day.the vtiger made it easier.
