Document Approval allow Microsoft Team Owners to view all their team-related documents and determine the approval process for each team, e.g., first-step, second-step, third-step approver(s), who is first to respond, who must approve… etc.

Features:
  • Easily view and edit all team related Office docs right from the app.
  • Choose whether all assigned people must approve or only the first one who responds.
  • Assign an approval process by email / Teams for each team in a few clicks.
  • Go to “Teams List” tab to view and specify an approval process for each of your teams.
