Something went wrong
I found it quite useful and used it occasionally. However, recently something went wrong and it won't work. Help suggested removing and reinstalling so I removed it and it now won't add itself to a channel. Pitty.

acts like a spam bot
I added this app to our teams and now it is posting messages to all the channels by itself. I am trying to work out how to get rid of it

Polly has enhanced my Slack experience - 100% recommended
What do you like best about the product?Love that it integrates so seamlessly with Slack. I can create a question bank and share it with certain channels. The options for questions is great, making surveys as complete as possible in order to get the most feedback. Super easy to use and implements so well. I use on a case to case basis but slowly making part of my weekly use.What do you dislike about the product?You need to add polly first to private channels which is an extra step to takeWhat problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?Streamlining surveys and feebacks for the team in one form only.

Polly gave me a notification, and I clicked on it and checked evrything, yet the notification didn't leave. It keeps showing '(1)' and it feels like theres a message but its polly's notification that doesnt want to leave
