Import Outlook mails into the projectfacts ticket system and stay up to date.
The projectfacts Outlook Add-in offers you a simple solution to transfer mails from your Outlook mailbox to the projectfacts ticket system. This allows you to document messages that arrived in your personal mailbox instead of the ticket system at the push of a button.
Click on any mail, choose the desired ticket channel and assign a status. If you wish, you can enter yourself as the current owner. The mail will be transferred to the projectfacts ticket system. There you can continue working with the ticket. So no message gets lost and you benefit from a complete documentation in projectfacts.
You can also track the status of your tickets in Outlook. A preview card shows the current owner and how much time has passed since creation. New ticket processes are also synchronized. When you click on the preview card you get to the ticket in projectfacts and have a complete overview of all ticket processes.
Please note: To use the projectfacts Outlook Add-in you need:
- a valid license for the projectfacts enterprise software
- at least projectfacts version 2022.1
