The Teams4IT application offers your employees a unique access hub to IT support and knowledge. Through the Teams4IT application, the employee enjoys three functionalities directly from his Microsoft Teams interface:
- Search into knowledge bases
- Access their current support tickets
- Contact the support
The company can configure three redirection links:
- Access the ITSM portal to create an incident
- Access the ITSM portal to create a request
- Schedule a callback request from the support
The Teams4IT app connects via API to different tools / knowledge bases.
