You can communicate with your contacts by sending important, critical events, and life safety notifications from Everbridge to them within Microsoft Teams, a tool used during their day to day work.

This does not support one-to-one chat with a live person, but allows you to send important messages to your contacts, employees or team members, get feedback and track their responses. After installing this app, all you have to do is configure your contacts in Everbridge so that you can send them notifications via Microsoft Teams! You will need an Everbridge account to do this. If you already have an Everbridge account, you are all set. If you do not have an Everbridge account, please reach out to us to register for an account.
