It also has built in alerts to remind new students of important dates or traffic issues for arriving at the University to help things go as smoothly as they can for new students. Student Forms - A combination of common forms students need to complete with SharePoint backed data including course details and student information. This App allows students to easily claim refunds, request maintenance, book events, apply to change course and even request financial support. Backed by integration with Microsoft Flow the system will go though simple or complex approval processes customised to your needs. Rooms Browser - The Rooms browser App is designed to help studnet choose a room, orient on room locations, see plans and details of room features all before they arrive. The App can be tailored to business needs with Meeting Rooms, Conference facilitates and even hotel rooms if required. Integration - All apps are integrated via SharePoint Online and the Office 365 Business application layer supporting them.
