Step 1 –Establish a system foundation to deploy key elements of the CWM platform quickly & efficiently, inclusive of Microsoft technologies capable of supporting the intended outcome. This platform will be configurable and extensible to empower YOU to utilize more capabilities over time as new processes and reporting needs emerge.

Upon completion of the foundation, you will have a working platform. Furthermore, your key personnel will be familiar with the platform’s capabilities and operational components. This reduces the overall build time/duration, facilitates a faster time to ‘go live,’ and magnifies value realization.

After the platform is verified operational, familiarization workshops will be conducted with the associated intended outcomes (please see workshops listed below)

Step 2 - Process Enablement: During this step, IEC will jointly with you to define the finer points of the environment and design during implementation to balance business needs, evolving priorities, timelines, and other factors. We will further work with you to implement these processes and reporting by configuring the system to those needs and training the various users of the system per their role.

Step 3 – Success & Managed Sustainment Services (SMSS): An initial term for SMSS is scoped in this proposal with optional extensions thereafter. Successful technology implementation and adoption depend upon multiple factors, especially new or recent technology. These factors include, but not limited to, internal-customer champions, user community readiness, and organizational change management. SMSS is designed to be a vehicle for post-production support and enhancements.
