Modern Work Assessment: 2 Week Assessment

Microsoft Modern Work Assessment Objectives:

• Evaluate the current Microsoft 365 environment. • Utilize optimum features and services within the Microsoft 365 and reduce the total cost of ownership. • Utilize Microsoft 365 Secure Score to drive initiative to increase security. • Utilize Microsoft Purview to ensure industry compliance and data loss prevention. • Utilize Microsoft Adoption Score to analyze user adoption and usage.

Big Green IT will develop, present, and deliver the following as part of this project:

• Completion of milestones as listed. • Assessment Findings and Recommendations report. • Optional Execution Document. (additional cost).

Microsoft Modern Work Assessment Milestones

• Project Planning: Validate Microsoft 365 licensing, identify stakeholders, create a project plan with issue resolution procedures, and secure access to both Microsoft 365 and local infrastructure environments as needed.

• Discovery and Assessment: Perform a comprehensive assessment of the Client's local, and Microsoft 365 environments, including Microsoft 365 services, data collection, analysis, documentation, presentation of the current Microsoft 365 state, identification of risks, provision of improvement recommendations, and the development of a remediation plan when necessary.

• Findings and Discovery: Prioritize essential changes and formulate recommendations, discuss findings with the Client’s IT team.

• Project Completion: Review deliverables and confirm project completion.
