Our hybrid working consultancy service, reinforced with meaningful insights from Microsoft’s Viva suite, provides a clear strategy and guidance on how to optimise your flexible working approach. It covers the way that you work, what technology you use and the employee experience you provide. As well as improving employee wellbeing, this insight can help you design return-to-the-office policies.

Our hybrid working consultancy service follows a simple four-step plan:

  1. Define the objectives: our initial engagement is via a workshop to assess your goals and outcomes, understand your areas of interest and set expectations on how the service works. We'll provide examples of our consultancy services which can lead to positive results when combined with Microsoft's Viva suite.
  2. Analyse the environment: we’ll get to know your organisation in more detail. Understanding how your people work, as well as how your technology is being used today. This will be through in-depth interviews with department leads and employees.
  3. Deploy tailored insights dashboard: during this stage, we deploy a tailored set of analytical tools and build a unique insights dashboard designed around the KPIs needed to help inform and achieve your business goals. This is completed remotely with the help of your IT manager. Once deployed we advise running the insights for at least one month.
  4. Share findings and recommendations: we’ll conclude with a formal presentation of findings, summary of recommendations linked to the agreed objectives, and a strategic roadmap informed by certified professionals. We also include adoption services with the transfer of the insights dashboard.

From £49,400 (ex. VAT) is a one-off price and includes delivery of the following modules over a 16-week period; Defining Objectives, Analyse Environment, Deployment, and Final Recommendations. The service will be charged upfront. Requires as a minimum Microsoft Viva Insight license plus either E1, E3 or E5 user license. Minimum 500 users per region. Does not include Microsoft license costs. T&Cs and price may vary according to your geographical location, and it is subject to availability. Final pricing will be provided upon application.
