Teams App and Solutions: 2-day Workshop

Overview

Many companies are looking to extend the value they get from Microsoft Teams by integrating with third-party apps or building out custom capabilities. This 2-day workshop is intended to help teach you about the many ways you can extend solutions on Teams and leave you with a plan for moving forward or implementation next steps.

What's included:

This 2-day engagement includes the following key activities:

Pre-engagement onboarding

• Plan for the workshop activities
• Identify sponsor and key business stakeholder
• Confirm availability and target schedule
• Conduct business orientation and introduce key stakeholders
• Provide background details to create a shared context

Day 1 - Art of the possible briefing

• Art-of-the-possible envisioning workshop where we will bring a series of examples, demo solutions or illustrate capabilities through videos to highlight the many ways in which you can leverage apps and extend the core capabilities in Microsoft Teams
• Business use cases brainstorming and prioritization to identify employee experience scenarios that might be better supported through Teams and its platform capabilities
• Solution design and deployment planning to identify the best way to build or integrate capability into the platform to meet your needs.

Day 2 - Design and planning

• Based on priority, we will explore the ideal solution concept, integration, deployment, configuration or custom development considerations

Cost and duration

The cost for this engagement is $3500 USD; however, if you have more than 2000 employees, you may qualify for Microsoft funding.

• High-level implementation plan and estimate
