Basic education enabling new users to manage their ecommerce from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

The purpose of NP Ecommerce Management is to give the participants competencies in basic management of their ecommerce products through NaviPartner Retail in Business Central 365. The education is intended for participants with little or no knowledge in NP ecommerce management.

You will learn which options you have for managing your ecommerce products within Business Central 365. You will also learn how to navigate and use filters to quickly get an overview of your data, how to enrich your products with information, a few best practices and tips for handling your webshop and how to troubleshoot error related to incorrect setup or the synchronization. The education takes 2 hours.
