Sustainability101 Green Services: 7 Weeks: Workshops

The strategy workshops and smart working survey will help you identify your vision, goals, risks and challenges for the workforce, and we’ll help you visualise the art of the possible, with innovative solutions to improve your sustainability credentials and improve your services, whilst having strong customer and workforce engagement.

Our Prosci© Certified change practitioners will then provide Microsoft 365 training workshops to make processes more environmentally friendly and help to meet your internal sustainability and social responsibility goals.

This programme has been developed by Phoenix Software to be interactive and follows Prosci© Certified methods to ensure change and adoption by your workforce.

We will help you select from a variety of different workshops to build a package aligned to your organisations Microsoft 365 rollout, digital skills, and appetite for change. The sustainability training modules include; OneDrive, SharePoint, OneNote, Forms, Power Platform Apps, Frontline Workers, Teams, Webinars, Live Events, Whiteboard, Hybrid Meetings and for being socially responsible training includes; Accessibility functionality and all the Microsoft Viva modules.

What to expect?

Week 1-3

• Design Smart Working survey to run for two weeks

Week 3

• Agree Microsoft 365 training programme
• Demo: 90 minute Microsoft Viva Session: for further follow up and inclusion in the programme

Week 5

• 4 Strategy Workshops: creating/ reviewing the vision, exploring what is needed, and understanding the risks and challenges

Week 7 (depending on employee numbers and scope of applications for training)

• Microsoft Workshops: 90 minute Microsoft 365 training sessions for your employees to reduce paper, printing, postage, and mileage
