Copilot for Microsoft 365: 12 Week Business Readiness Pilot

The 12-week business pilot comprises two phases for testing business readiness for up to 100 users in your organization:

1. Understand (Week 0 to Week 2): WM Reply will conduct sessions to explain Copilot for Microsoft 365 functionalities and logic, identify, prioritize and train users on relevant use cases and test smart prompting.

2. Test and Evaluate (Week 3 to Week 12): WM Reply will help the users adopt Copilot for Microsoft 365 across the identified areas and use cases and provide virtual support through Teams channels, weekly touchpoints and pulse checks to the pilot users. WM Reply will also monitor and evaluate business readiness through 4 key metrics: Readiness, Adoption, Impact and User Sentiment to ensure successful Copilot adoption by your organization.

By the end of this pilot, WM Reply's continuous training, monitoring and support services will ensure your employees have a clear understanding of how they can get the most out of Copilot across all their Microsoft 365 applications, and integrate it into their daily workflows.
