Softchoice's Viva Insights Quick Start is designed for customers who are just starting out on their Viva and Viva Insights journey. Customers are looking to enable their organization's users to adopt Personal Insights and help with technical implementation. This Quick Start is up to 2 weeks in duration and also assists customers in preparing the next step in their employee experience transformation by providing an overview of the data available within Manager and Leader Insights to continue expanding their Insights capabilities.

Week 1 Workshop Discovery & Planning • Viva Insights Overview Workshop • Insights driven business outcomes • Defined scope, key business stakeholders and initial deployment group • Overview of privacy for Insights • Prioritization of scenarios and next steps

Week 1-2 Technical Implementation • Pre-requisite checks (Utilization of Exchange online, mailbox & calendar) • Roles and license assignments • Configuration of workday system defaults (workdays, hours, time zone, etc..) • Privacy settings adjustments • Technical implementation of the business organizational data

Week 2 Journey Roadmap Next Steps • Manager & Leader Insights envisioning session to help plan next steps in your Insights journey • Guidance on leveraging data to help managers & leaders understand current team trends and stressors and turn insights into action
