Microsoft 365 Adoption - 2 Hour Assessment -> Implementation

Assessment Each Microsoft 365 Assessment involves learning more about the goals of your organization in order to provide a strategic implementation plan to encompass the vast amount of services Microsoft offers. Our Microsoft Certified Solution Architects will be able to walk you through the process of moving to Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Platform) .

Discovery If mutual agreement to proceed into implementing Microsoft 365, we will begin with a Discovery Phase where we work with you to build out a scope of the needs and wants in a statement of work, budget and implementation schedule. This phase will require either in person or virtual consultation meeting(s).

Planning If the statement of work is approved by your organization, we will move forward into our Planning Phase where we will complete the resource allocation and final preparation steps prior to initiating the Execution Phase.

Execution During Execution, we will implement the detailed steps listed in the statement of work with milestone communication to your stakeholders and users for complete transparency throughout the process. We will continue to work with your users throughout this process to ensure a smooth transition, client satisfaction and implementation best practices.

Closure To ensure client satisfaction, we will work through our Closure Phase to confirm all is completed to our standards and no outstanding issues exist. The Closure Phase will require either in person or virtual meetings to finalize implementation.

Once you are in Microsoft 365, we can then provide additional implementation steps to further the adoption of Microsoft 365 and take advantage of the bundled Microsoft Subscriptions (Microsoft Business Premium).
