Optimize Microsoft 365 Copilot with Adoption and Change Management

The engagement includes:

• Pre-Engagement Survey - to gather insights about your organization's current use of Microsoft 365 applications, environment and goals for Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Project Kickoff Meeting - initial meeting to discuss high level, engagement structure, role identification and scheduling. • 1/2 Day Microsoft 365 Copilot Envisioning Workshop - focused on identifying key steps to plan for Copilot success including identification of use cases and best practices associated with technical readiness, security, and adoption and change management. Our team of experts will demonstrate Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities across productivity applications including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Chat, Microsoft Whiteboard, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft OneNote and work with you to identify potential use cases tailored to your organizations specific needs and industry. The engagement will also involve the identification of high-level goals for Copilot/AI and pinpointing up to 3 key business stakeholders for targeted interviews and training activities. A dedicated discussion on document security will be held, covering topics like Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Sensitivity Labels, and more. • Business Stakeholder Interviews (Up to 3): We will conduct interviews with the identified business stakeholders (up to 3). The aim is to understand their objectives, identify use cases, and explore opportunities relevant to their daily workflow to utilize Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities to augment employee abilities and boost efficiency. • Content Development: Customized Copilot adoption and training content will be developed based on stakeholder interview and may include use case guides including application specific uses and prompts and examples • Content Review: Based on the stakeholder interview, we will develop customized Copilot adoption and training materials. This will encompass use case guides, including application-specific uses, prompts, and examples. • Training and Content Delivery for up to 3 Stakeholder Groups: The content will be presented live to each stakeholder's team and will also be recorded for subsequent use. After the training, a user satisfaction survey will be distributed. • Post Workshop Deliverable - a presentation styled deliverable recapping actionable next steps and recommendations • Deliverable Review Meeting - the deliverable will be reviewed along with the results of the user satisfaction survey. All custom content and recordings will be provided for future use. • Project Coordination - a project manager will aid in the planning and orchestration of all engagement tasks.
