Simply create a subscription to the desired table, and you can be alerted to changes occurring on the table, via email and/or notification within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
You can apply filters to alerts just as you would to pages in Dynamics 365 Business Central, only changes that satisfy the filter will be captured and sent as alerts.
Alerts works with existing types of recipients in Business Central including users, contacts (customers and vendors), and salespeople, or any email address.
Alerts can be sent in real-time or scheduled on a regular interval. Multiple alerts can be bundled into a simple digest email. You can even choose to send the Alert based on record's date field, creating a reminder.
