Bulk consumption console

Bulk consumption console feature built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to manage consumption entry of components or ingredients in scenarios where it is very difficult to record production order wise or batch order wise actual consumption.

Bulk consumption console avails functionality to distribute consumption of components or ingredients among the output booked in the specific time interval based on production BOM weighted average.

Following are few sample use case scenarios,

• To record shift wise power consumption, water consumption and load it on the production orders.
• To record consumption of items which are in big quantities and stored in silos or big vessels, and consumption should be booked by level of the silos or vessels.
• To record consumption of items which are not issued against specific production order e.g. consumable items, low value items, still we want to load it’s cost to production order.

This solution is well integrated with production management & Finance management functionality of Base Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
