When working on a research project, you may find information online such as videos, images, articles, and other documents. You can save these files directly to your VV - Impact Tracker Evidence Vault, this is your online scrapbook of any information about your research project.
Often information is captured through an email conversation. If you are working with other people regarding your research project, you will want that conversation to be saved in your VV - Impact Tracker Evidence Vault. Saving these as screenshots may not be convenient.
This is where the VV - Impact Tracker email clipper can help you and your colleagues. You can use the email clipper to easily add emails to your VV - Impact Tracker Evidence Vault.
NOTE: Attachments within emails will need to be saved separately into the evidence vault to ensure they are linked to a research project.
What’s new in version 1.1
Your research projects often contain activities that need to be scheduled and performed, you will then save this to your calendar as an appointment for the day and you also want that appointment to be saved onto your VV - Impact Tracker.
It may not come in handy to save an appointment to your calendar and then save another one separately onto your VV Impact Tracker.
Now, to help minimize the effort in saving your activities or appointments manually onto VV Impact Tracker, you can clip your calendar appointments which will then be directly saved onto your VV Impact Tracker.
