Step 1: Insights, choices and approach When we start with an adoption project we do intakes and learn how the organization works and which languages it speaks. With the outcomes of this step we create a tailored adoption approach. Examples of services are: Modern Work Scan Envision workshops Governance workshops

Step 2: Proof of Concept We test our adoption approach with a small group of employees. Example of services are: Inspiration sessions Floorwalking (app)training Supportdesk

Step 3: Organisational scale-up During our adoption project we build on continuing and guaranteeing the adoption. With for example the governance workshop output, ambassadors and instruction material the knowledge will stay in the organization.

The principles about our way of working:

• ADKAR. We work the ADKAR theory. ADKAR is an abbreviation for Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and reinforcement. Every employee will take this journey through the different stages to change their behaviour. 

• The adoption paradox. We see that customers are often forgotten during a technical migration. As result that the promised return on investment (ROI) will not be met. We learn customers how to use new technical recources effectively.  

• Microsoft 365 maturity chart. Every organization will be located somewhere on this chart. Together with our customers we find out where they are on the chart and what their goal is. This will be our fundament for our adoption approach. 

This engagement is expected to be completed within 12-18 months
