Our first step is to do a pre-deployment meeting to identify the components of Dynamics 365 Sales that must be prioritized for a quick deployment. During this meeting, we will also identify the required elements and information for a successful implementation.

Then, we will create and deploy your Dynamics 365 Sales environment, integrate it with different Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneNote, etc.), and assist you with data migration if required. We will train selected power users to show them how to perform administrative tasks, show them how to configure new users, and show them basic customization functionalities, including how to create fields and add them to forms, how to create and manage views, and how to modify the application sitemap (additional training modules are available upon request). Next, we will show power users how to use the application for business processes, so they can in turn train your users, using a train-the-trainer approach.

Finally, we will accompany you during the onboarding of users by assigning licences and provide post-implementation support. All our training is provided online through Microsoft Teams with recordings provided for future reference, with in-person training available upon request (additional fees may apply).

  3. Configuration of the Dynamics 365 Sales CRM application with integration of Microsoft & Office 365 components (SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, OneNote)
  4. Configuration of power users and first CRM users
  5. Training on data migration into Dynamics 365 to transfer your customer data into your new CRM (including accounts, contacts, and opportunities)
  6. The following training units: a. Unit 1: Overview of Dynamics 365, Power Platform administration, security and application access b. Unit 2: First-level customization of tables, fields, and forms; review of Dynamics 365 Sales processes and features c. Unit 3: Perform first-level customization with the customer and support the customer to tailor lead, opportunity, account and contact forms to their needs d. Unit 4: Exploration of Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 integrations: SharePoint, Dynamics 365 app for Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Teams, Exchange, email tracking, etc.
  7. 2 hours of post-implementation support. *Our quick start offer excludes products, price lists, quotes, orders, invoices, document templates (Word, Excel, PDF), and Power Apps portals. However, some of these elements can be included as add-ons if desired.
