The Inventory App is a Microsoft Teams application that helps organisations to manage stock inventory

The Inventory App is designed specifically to help you and your team manage stock levels at any hour of the day. It’s centred around collaboration in Microsoft Teams to offer a frictionless and seamless experience across all devices, in the users own language. Built for Microsoft Teams, the Inventory app can be accessed via the Viva Connections dashboard or as a pinned tab meaning your employees can collaborate in one central and mobile first location. The application can integrate with your existing stock system, or one can be designed for your unique needs. Built as a single page app, if your organisation is not ready for Teams, users can access through the web.

This engagement has 3 phases:

Phase 1: Discovery & Design

    In phase 1 we will begin with a requirements gathering workshop teamed with vision and success workshops to ensure we have understood your brief in detail. Once completed, we will move into the graphic and architectural designs to ensure you are happy with the final designs.

Phase 2: Release 1 (MVP)

    In phase 2 we will bring your own inventory app to life through a minimal viable product (MVP). Throughout this phase we will be in regular contact to review the solution and once happy we will move into UAT and testing to ensure it meets your requirements.

Phase 3: Release 2

    In phase 3 and with your MVP fully approved, we will build your final solution. Within this phase translations and regionalizations will be introduced, as well MVP improvements. We will end this phase with final testing to ensure satisfaction of your new solution is guaranteed.
