Microsoft Viva Connections and Dashboard are your gateway to a modern employee experience – get ready to inform, engage and empower your organisation. We’ll share insights on how you harness the power of SharePoint Online and Viva Connections to transform and engage your employees in a frictionless, curated experience. Viva Connections Dashboard allows you to show live notifications, tasks and alerts to your staff from across a range of different tools used by your business – all from within the Viva Connections app and your modern SharePoint Intranet Portal.

We’ve designed this offer specifically for organisations to implement Viva Connections, including the Dashboard, connecting it to your business systems and support organisations to send rich communications to users across all types of roles, including frontline workers.

During this engagement there will be 3 clear focus areas:

Part 1. Discover & Design

    We’ll work with your team to understand your vision for the Dashboard and modern communications, including identifying key user groups. We’ll then design your targeted Dashboard and integrated tiles (prebuild and custom), including which tiles are targeted to which audiences.

Part 2. Configure & Develop

    We’ll support you to configure the Viva Connections Dashboard and optionally develop your custom cards. We deploy our custom Communicator+ Teams app to support rich and targeted communications. Finally, we configure Flow to enhance news publishing from SharePoint Online to notify users in Teams.

Part 3. Training & Communications

    Our adoption specialists will develop, in consultation with your team a communication to announce Viva Connections Dashboard. We’ll ensure through knowledge transfer and documentation that your team is enabled to support ongoing management of the custom cards.

Depending on your needs, we can complete this engagement over a period of 6-8 weeks.
