A "Light" Field Service solution for smaller teams. In this one-day implementation, we'll install and configure our basic field service solution on your instance of Dynamics 365
Many organizations with technicians that are dispatched to customers’ homes or businesses, struggle with many aspects of the process. Microsoft has an excellent solution for large organizations called Dynamics 365 Field Service, but the application is simply too big for smaller teams. We saw an opportunity to solve this problem for organizations with about 20 technicians or less, and one or two dispatchers, licensed for Dynamics 365 for Sales or Power Apps.
At Forceworks we developed IP to handle Light Field Service needs. Since every organization is different, we do not offer this IP without our Implementation Assistance.
This three-day consulting service offer is for the basic implementation of our RapidStart Field Service Solution. A Basic implementation would include: A Model driven application built around our Work Order entity, to easily create workorders, view technician calendars and schedule service calls. In addition, we have a canvas app (Mobile App) specifically designed for the Technicians for their schedule and details.
We can also assist with much more complex implementations, including digital customer signature capture, photo capture, customer text notifications, and even on-site payment collection.

Note: In addition to the implementation cost, there is a monthly cost, per organization for Forceworks’ Field Service I.P. of $500 USD.
