Microsoft Secure Score - increase to 200: 3-Days Professional Service

IT PARTNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1. Assess the current Microsoft Secure Score of the client's Microsoft 365 environment.
• 2. Identify security gaps and vulnerabilities within the Microsoft 365 setup.
• 3. Develop a tailored plan to enhance the Microsoft Secure Score to over 200.
• 4. Implement necessary security configurations and adjustments to meet the target score.
• 5. Provide guidance and recommendations for maintaining and improving the Secure Score over time.

CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1. Provide access to Microsoft 365 admin credentials and relevant systems.
• 2. Collaborate with IT Partner to understand the organization's security objectives.
• 3. Actively engage in discussions and decisions related to security enhancements.
• 4. Allocate necessary resources for the implementation and configuration processes.
• 5. Review and approve the proposed security adjustments and configurations.

PREREQUISITES:

• 1. Active Microsoft 365 subscription with admin access.
• 2. Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 security features and settings.
• 3. Access to relevant systems and data within the Microsoft 365 environment.

COSTS NOT INCLUDED:

• 1. Additional Microsoft 365 licenses or subscriptions required for enhanced security features.
• 2. Third-party security tools or services recommended for advanced protection.
• 3. Any hardware or infrastructure upgrades necessary for security enhancements.

PLAN:

1. 1. Initial consultation and assessment of the current Microsoft Secure Score.
2. 2. Development of a customized plan to improve the Secure Score to over 200.
3. 3. Implementation of security adjustments, configurations, and settings.
4. 4. Continuous monitoring and adjustments to maintain and improve the Secure Score.
5. 5. Final review and assessment to ensure the target Secure Score has been achieved.

SUCCESS CRITERIA:

• 1. Achieve a Microsoft Secure Score of 200 or more.
• 2. Enhanced security configurations aligned with Microsoft 365 best practices.
• 3. Reduced security vulnerabilities and gaps within the Microsoft 365 environment.
• 4. Client's ability to understand and manage security settings for ongoing protection.
• 5. Client's satisfaction with the increased security level and improved Secure Score in their Microsoft 365 environment.
