This package is aimed at organizations looking to implement Microsoft Viva Connection with assistance and support.

With the fast shift to hybrid working, building meaningful connections in the workplace has become a common pain point and challenge for many businesses.  Viva Connections is the driver to bring back employee engagement in the hybrid working environment by empowering every employee to discover relevant communications, communities and tools from a central platform.

Taking into consideration the type of organization you have and your vision around implementing Connections, we will provide supporting activities to help you deploy Connections to a pilot group (up to 100 users), using WM Reply’s best practices.

During the process, we will leverage our expertise and templates to amplify the impact of your Microsoft Viva Connections experience. In this focused implementation, we will work with your Intranet and Communications teams to:

  • Set up your home site and bring your company intranet to Microsoft Teams with Viva Connections
  • Roll out the News Hub component for your intranet and ability to publish community-driven news
  • WM Reply will implement up to four out of the box dashboard card(s) based on employee needs.
  • Provide training support to get users and page admins started on Viva Connections
