How can I setup Teams Phone Mobile? Teams Phone Mobile is as simple to set up as Operator Connect is today. Simply start with contacting our sales team who can assist you in assessing your current Teams infrastructure and support readiness. They can help identify customer tenant ID and ensure your emergency addresses in Teams are set and we take care of number provisioning. Once complete, customers can edit the number inside the Teams Admin Center and assign it to a correctly licensed user.

How does Teams Phone Mobile support work? Rogers Business is the only Canadian provide to offer Teams Phone Mobile and we will support any issues related to PSTN calling via both Teams and your mobile devices.

How does Microsoft licensing work and what are the plan eligibility? It’s the same as Operator Connect which requires a paid Enterprise license combined with a paid Teams phone standard license.
