Deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot in your organization
Copilot is an AI-powered productivity tool that integrates with Microsoft 365 Apps to assist users in accomplishing various tasks faster and simpler. It can aid users with data analysis, report creation, communication, project management, and more. Copilot leverages natural language processing and machine learning to understand user intent, provide relevant recommendations, and automate tedious or complex tasks. To use Microsoft 365 Copilot in an organization, a strategic approach is needed that includes technical requirements, deployment actions, security and privacy factors, and recommended practices. Deploying Copilot in an Organization Microsoft 365 Suite: You must subscribe to Microsoft 365, because Copilot integrates with Microsoft 365 Apps, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Copilot also requires an internet connection to access its cloud-based services. • Implementation Readiness: In this section, we will cover the three stages for implementing Microsoft 365 Copilot: Assess, Art of the Possible and Build the Plan. • In this Assessment phase, we collaborate with your organization to identify your particular requirements and figure out how Copilot can most effectively use its capabilities to address those requirements. • In this Assessment phase, we will also evaluate the risk assessment that Microsoft proposed. Microsoft's recommendation depends on the risk assessment or tolerance of the organization. o If it is very low, you can proceed with the deployment of Copilot directly. o If it is medium, then you can start implementing the security features such as data loss prevention, sensitivity labels, or retention policies across your organization and deploy Copilot simultaneously. o If it is high, then you need to implement all the security policies first before deploying Copilot. If your company's risk assessment is high or medium, Sonata team can help you improve your security features. • Once you finish the Assessment phase, you will proceed to the Art of Possible phase. In this phase, you will learn how to leverage Microsoft 365 Copilot and its features and explore the use cases for improving the productivity of users. • And in the last phase that is Build the plan. Here we design a roadmap. This involves creating a plan based on ranked scenarios for integrating the Copilot. • We will help you in implementing the security features based on the organization requirements if the risk assessment output is high. • We will help in enrolment of Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses and supporting end users in adopting Microsoft 365 Copilot features available.
