COSMO Purchase Requisition App helps companies manage purchase requisitions. These purchase requisitions are created by employees of a company to request certain items or services. It may be necessary for an employee in a department to need a new laptop. This can be mapped using the COSMO Purchase Requisition module. For this purpose, a purchase requisition is created, which is initially only visible internally in the company. The goal is to ultimately create an order from this purchase requisition and actually send it to the supplier. Before this order requisition is sent to the supplier, the content of this order requisition can be checked and, if certain approval limits are exceeded, it must also be approved or rejected by higher-level authorities, such as the department head or management. In the COSMO Purchase Requisition module, general ledger accounts can be used in addition to items. These can be used for order requests for services or other materials that are not created as items. These include capital goods, consumables or repair services.

The Cosmo Purchase Requisition module has full integration into the Business Central standard. Standard information such as chart of accounts, dimensions and users are used for setup. The purchase requisition is created for items or general ledger accounts and is then converted into a purchase proposal line (order worksheet line) or into a purchase order when released and is further processed using the usual Business Central standard processes.
