Automation of electronic document flow, integration with Vchasno and EDIN

SMART EDI is a tool that expands the basic functionality of Business Central and will help to optimize and establish the processes of electronic document exchange through the largest providers of this service in Ukraine. Currently, integration with Vchasno and EDIN is supported in such formats as xml, pdf, doc, etc.

SMART EDI provides the following benefits:

  • Work with electronic documents received through different providers in one interface of Business Central.

  • You receive a ready and generated customer order immediately in Business Central.

  • No additional actions are required to send documents: the system generates and sends documents upon corresponding events in the system.

  • Reducing manual input, saving time, and minimizing the risk of losing information in the process of interacting with the customer.

Functional capabilities:

  • Receiving an electronic sales order from a customer and other incoming documents from counterparties directly in Business Central.
  • Organization of sending electronic messages on the order, invoicing customers, and sending other related sales documents (acts of work performed, invoices, etc.).
  • Flexible customization of templates for sending documents to customers.
