Checking registrants into your next on-site event just became a whole lot easier with our check-in app.

Leveraging event management functionality within Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys, our Event Check-in canvas app enables users to seamlessly search for and check in event registrants with ease.

For same-day registration, users can provide event-specific QR codes from the app to direct registrants to a mobile page to provide their information. At submission, the system automatically registers and checks in the registrant, all of which is synced back to Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys, where the event attendance interaction can then be used to trigger event-related communication in the AI-optimized channel of each customer's choice.
