- The solution has been designed and developed using Power Apps, Power Automate, D365 Sales Module, SharePoint, and Microsoft team.
- Sales APP gets integrated with Source Lead management System to pull newly created lead and auto-assign to a sales executive by his/her location, availability, domain.
- Mobile App for sales executive helps in tracking the lead, scheduling meetings with customers, capturing minutes and exact requirements,s and showing related project/product information by pulling from Knowledge/project Hub.
- The Sale App utilizes the full potential of Microsoft Teams and Power automate for creating a Proposal/Lead Team site for collaboration, discussion forum, and dashboard visualizations for Senior Executives.
- Mixed reality is one of the key features within the Sales APP to be implemented.
- Updating downstream applications such as Project management Systems, finance systems once the project is awarded.
