Organizations have many outstanding questions about the future of work. They may be trying to understand how employees can have an equitable experience whether or not they're in an office. Forward thinking firms are combining solutions for key challenges - like making the best use of physical space through hoteling and reservation services, as well as optimizing employee communications channels - with value added 'concierge' type services to create a workplace people want to go to, and gain benefit from doing so.
Introducing the Avanade Connected Workplace, in partnership with Appspace. Together, we will explore how we can enable capabilities such as:
- Room/desk booking
- Meeting room panels
- Digital signage and interactive kiosks
- Wayfinding
- Visitor management
- and more!
In this pilot, we will provide; Avanade Connected Workplace Services, Appspace Software, Training and Support, Project Management and additional Advisory, Experience Design Services and Hardware as needed. As part of the project, Avanade and Appspace will be working with local delivery teams assigned by you.
